Once fully operationalized, these diverse commercial units are projected to generate approximately thirty-nine thousand direct employment opportunities, fundamentally transforming a historically rural area into a thriving industrial hub and providing a reliable livelihood for the local youth who previously migrated to neighboring states for work.

A primary pillar of this industrial transformation is the landmark collaboration with South Korea’s Hwaseung Group, which is establishing a specialized footwear manufacturing facility with an investment of eight hundred ninety-nine crore rupees.

This massive industrial site is dedicated to producing athletic shoes for global brands like Adidas and is anticipated to employ more than twenty thousand individuals, offering a significant boost to regional employment with a particular emphasis on empowering local women.

Alongside such mega-projects, the administration has prioritized the growth of small-scale businesses by inaugurating a forty-four-acre Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Park at Pogurupalle in the Gudupalle mandal. Divided into one hundred sixty-seven strategic plots, this park provides the essential physical infrastructure, utility access, and connectivity required for grassroots startups to flourish.

This physical expansion is supported by the ideological rollout of the "One Family–One Entrepreneur" scheme, a targeted welfare program aimed at training youth and women in specialized vocational skills, thereby transitioning them from passive job seekers into active wealth creators.

This initiative leverages an already robust network of over one lakh forty-nine thousand women organized under regional self-help groups, who are steadily moving into micro-enterprise management.

Simultaneously, the development agenda addresses vital public welfare through a structural overhaul of localized healthcare systems. Chief Minister Naidu conducted direct inspections at the Kuppam Government Area Hospital to ensure that the quality of public medical services meets modern diagnostic standards.

To eliminate the financial and physical burden on rural families who previously had to travel long distances to major urban centers for specialized treatments, the government inaugurated advanced computed tomography scan facilities and a dedicated, state-of-the-art dialysis center. To kickstart this goal, community-led massive plantation drives were launched during the visit. This ecological blueprint also extends to public infrastructure, including the introduction of highly regulated waste-management protocols, the evaluation of net-zero housing layouts under federal housing schemes, and the future transition toward an all-electric public transit fleet featuring air-conditioned electric buses for regional commutes.
